How long does it take to get my property ready?

We'll meet with you to assess your situation and determine what length of rental best suits your property. From there, we handle decorating guidance, professional photography, amenity setup, and listing creation. Most properties are live within 1–2 weeks.

How much money will I make?

It's very listing-dependent, but short-term rentals typically generate between 1.5× and 2.5× the income of a comparable long-term rental. We use dynamic pricing software to continuously optimize your nightly rates for maximum revenue.

Are there any additional fees?

Repairs are expenses independent from management. Guests are charged an affordable turnover fee paid to our in-house cleaning company, with rates lower than market average. There are no hidden fees — everything is documented in your monthly financial statement.

Can I see my property's financial records?

Absolutely. All income and expenses are managed in a dedicated bank account viewable by you at any time. You also receive a monthly PDF overview and detailed spreadsheet, plus access to a shared Dropbox folder with receipts, tax docs, and all records.
