Pedro Machin has been my Property Manager for several years. He has been very professional and so competent managing my property. He handles all finances; he maintains the property and, if necessary, oversees any repairs. He sees that regular maintenance is done as in changing a/c filters and lawn upkeep. He handles getting tenants, overseeing the property while tenants are there and cleaning and repairing what's needed when tenants move out. I absolutely trust him with property so this frees me to do other things...like travel!

Pedro and I jointly own a rental property in Melbourne, Florida, but frankly Pedro does all the work. He has managed our rental property in or over a decade. He has always ensured that it remains rented and returns a steady profit. He maintains the property in excellent condition. Pedro always promptly responds to tenant concerns and we never have complaints about maintenance issues. When we do need to invest in maintenance, I can always reply on Pedro to insist on quality workmanship at a low cost. Most importantly, Pedro thoroughly understands the business and I can always always rely on his judgment concerning how best to manage the property. I was introduced to Atlantis Realty Management when I resided next door to a unit they managed. Whenever any unit issues occurred (e.g. leak in pipe) they responded professionally and promptly to remedy the problem. Eventually I decided to rent out this condominium, and based on our previous engagements it was an easy decision to trust them with the task.
